This could be the case of disruption in connection while ordering or due to some temporary issue going on with the bank. You can send us an email at support@kdpublication.com, so that we can check the status of your order at our end. In case of unsuccessful transaction, you money will be rolled back to your account by the bank within 3-5 business days.

We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to bank.

1. CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

There is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, however, you can write us at support@kdpublication.com as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order is shipped you can choose to not accept the order, money will be credited to your account once we receive the product back.
