1. CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

There is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, however, you can write us at publicationkd@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order is shipped you can choose to not accept the order, money will be credited to your account once we receive the product back after deducting the courier charges.
Courier charges will be deducted as applicable.
